  • Can speakers, sessions or exhibitors change?

    Yes. Speakers, sessions, exhibitors, sponsors and scheduled times may change without notice. The latest information will be published on the MyMoney Expo website and official communication channels.

  • Is MyMoney Expo a sales seminar?

    No. MyMoney Expo is an education-first event. Its purpose is to help attendees understand investing, markets and long-term wealth strategies through clear, practical information from experienced professionals. Individual exhibitors may showcase their products or services within the exhibition area.

  • Is MyMoney Expo suitable for beginners?

    Yes. MyMoney Expo makes investing and wealth education clear and approachable. Sessions will cover foundational and more advanced topics, allowing attendees to choose content suited to their experience level.

  • What happens during the two-day event?

    Attendees can expect keynote presentations, expert panel discussions, focused education sessions, practical workshops, exhibitor showcases, opportunities to meet financial and investment brands, structured networking, and speaker and audience question-and-answer sessions.

  • What is MyMoney Expo?

    MyMoney Expo is Australia’s investment and wealth education event. It brings together experienced professionals, investment specialists and trusted financial brands for two days of education, practical insights and networking.

    The speaker line-up will include experienced professionals from investment and wealth-related sectors, including portfolio managers, investment strategists, financial advisers, economists, market analysts, property specialists and industry leaders.

  • When is MyMoney Expo?

  • When will the full agenda be released?

    The detailed agenda will be published closer to the event. It will include session times, speaker information, stage locations and session descriptions.

  • Who is MyMoney Expo for?

    MyMoney Expo is designed for people who are new to investing, experienced investors, property investors, business owners and professionals, people planning for retirement, financial advisers, industry professionals and anyone interested in understanding markets and building long-term wealth.

  • Will sessions be recorded or live-streamed?

    Recording and streaming arrangements may vary between sessions. Any available recordings, livestreams or post-event content will be announced through the MyMoney Expo website and official channels.

  • Will there be networking opportunities?

    Yes. Networking is an important part of the MyMoney Expo experience. Attendees will be able to meet speakers, exhibitors, professionals and other people interested in investing and wealth creation.

Ticket

  • Can I get a refund?

    Ticket purchases are subject to the MyMoney Expo Terms & Conditions. Please review the terms provided during checkout or contact the team if you have a ticketing enquiry.

  • Can I register several attendees using the same email address?

    Each attendee should register using their own unique email address. This helps ensure every ticket and attendee record can be correctly identified and avoids problems during event check-in.

  • Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

    Ticket transfer conditions and deadlines will depend on the ticket type. Please contact the MyMoney Expo team before the event if you need to update the attendee name.

  • Do I need photo identification?

    Event staff may request photo identification to confirm that the name matches the attendee registration.

  • Do I need to bring my ticket?

    Please have your ticket confirmation available on your phone when you arrive. You may also bring a printed copy if preferred.

  • What should I do if I cannot find my ticket?

    First, check your spam or junk email folder. If you still cannot locate your ticket, contact the MyMoney Expo team. On the event day, the registration team may also be able to locate your booking using your name and registration details.

  • Where can I get tickets?

    Tickets should only be obtained through the official MyMoney Expo website and its authorised ticketing platform. Avoid purchasing tickets from unofficial third-party websites or individuals.

  • How should I get to the venue?

  • Is ICC Sydney a cashless venue?

    ICC Sydney generally operates as a cashless venue. Attendees should bring a debit or credit card or another contactless payment method.

  • Is there a cloak room available?

    Yes, you can visit the customer desk located on Level 2 of the Exhibition Centre, managed by venue staff. This is external to the event.

  • Is there a list of exhibitors available?

    All information regarding speakers, exhibitors and the agenda can be found on our website. View the confirmed brands on our 2026 Sponsors page.

  • Is there a map/floorplan available?

    Our floorplan will be made available on the app closer to the event.

  • Is there an additional cost to attend one of the theatre sessions?

    All our seminars are free to attend once in the event and seating is available on a ‘first come’ basis. Please visit our Agenda page on our website to see what sessions are available.

  • Is there an ATM available onsite?

    No ATM’s in the venue as ICC Sydney is a cashless venue, no eftpos. You can still purchase tickets on the day but this will be done via online and online payment. No items are for sale on the day, hence eftpos not available.

  • Is there parking available? If so, how much will it cost?

    There is parking available in the ICC Sydney Carpark. Rates are subject to change, and information can be found here https://iccsydney.com.au/visitors/getting-here/ 

  • What are the event opening times?

    Doors open at 9:00 AM on Saturday; the event closes at 5:00 PM on Saturday, reopens at 9:00 AM on Sunday and closes at 4:30 PM on Sunday. See Plan Your Visit for more event information.

  • What should I bring?

    Attendees should bring their ticket confirmation, photo ID, a charged phone, business cards or digital contact details, and anything you need for a full event day.

  • When will the event app be launched?

    At least 2 weeks before the event.

  • Where is ICC Sydney?

    ICC Sydney is located at 14 Darling Drive, Sydney NSW 2000. Visit our Plan Your Visit page for travel information.

  • Will food and drink be available?

    A kiosk will be available inside the halls for attendees to purchase food and drinks. Additional food and beverage options are available around ICC Sydney and Darling Harbour.

  • Will there be an event app?

    Our official event app will be available for checking the agenda, bookmarking sessions, connecting with other attendees, arranging one-to-one meetings, using an interactive event map and exploring exhibitor profiles.

Speaker

  • How can I apply to speak at MyMoney Expo?

    Speaker applications can be submitted through the speaker application form on the MyMoney Expo website.

Exhibitor & Partner

  • Can exhibitors collect attendee information?

    Exhibitors may only receive attendee details when an attendee voluntarily provides their information, such as by allowing an exhibitor to scan their badge or completing an enquiry form. Information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Can I distribute promotional materials if I am not an exhibitor?

    Attendees are welcome to network and exchange business details. However, distributing flyers, displaying promotional materials or actively soliciting attendees may be restricted to approved exhibitors and sponsors.

  • How can my company exhibit or sponsor?

    Businesses interested in exhibiting, sponsoring or partnering with MyMoney Expo can submit an enquiry through our Sponsor and Exhibit page.

Age, Entry & Conduct

  • Can the event refuse entry?

    MyMoney Expo reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone engaging in intoxicated, aggressive, unsafe, disruptive or anti-social behaviour, or anyone who fails to follow reasonable directions from event or venue staff.

  • Is there a minimum age to attend?

    Age requirements will depend on the final event and ticketing conditions. Anyone under 18 should check our Terms & Conditions or contact the MyMoney Expo team before registering.

  • What is expected of attendees?

    MyMoney Expo is committed to providing a safe, professional and inclusive environment. Attendees, speakers, exhibitors and partners are expected to treat one another respectfully and follow the event’s code of conduct and venue requirements.

  • Will photos and videos be taken?

    Yes. Photography and filming may take place throughout MyMoney Expo. Images and footage may be used for event coverage, marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

  • Can I bring a support person?

    General admission companion tickets are available for a support person attending with a guest who presents a valid Companion Card. Please contact the MyMoney Expo team if you need assistance before the event.
